Ingredients:
- 1 head of broccoli, cut in bite sized pieces
- About 4 large carrots, julienne
- 1 red onion, quartered and thinly sliced
- Shaved beef or a large steak, sliced thin
- ¼ cup cornstarch
- Rice noodles, amount to your liking
- ¼ cup oyster sauce
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ⅓ cup sweet chili sauce, optional
- ¼ cup sesame oil, plus more for cooking
- ¼ cup rice vinegar
- ¼ cup sriracha
- ⅓ cup brown sugar
- Seasonings: ginger, garlic powder, pepper, red pepper flakes
Directions:
- Coat the beef in cornstarch and cook in sesame oil in a pan. Once mostly cooked, remove and set aside.
- Stir fry the broccoli, carrots, and onion until almost done in sesame oil.
- Cook or soak the rice noodles according to package directions.
- Whisk together the rest of the ingredients to make the sauce.
- Combine beef, vegetables, and noodles in a pan and pour sauce in. Mix until everything is evenly coated and cook for about 5-10 more minutes or until the sauce is thick and clings to the veggies and noodles.
