Bleu Cheese

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup crumbled blue cheese
  • ¼ cup mayo
  • 1 t garlic powder
  • Juice of a ½ of a lime
  • 1 t celery seed
  • ½ t celery salt
  • Ground pepper

Directions:

  1. Stir and let sit in fridge for 1 hour

Notes:

  • This does not last long in the fridge as it tends to get very watery, but it is the best chunky bleu cheese dip or dressing.
