Ingredients:
- 1 lb. pork sausage
- 1 can crescent rolls
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 5-6 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- ⅛ t pepper
- ¼ t salt
Directions:
- Brown sausage and drain.
- Line buttered 9×13 pan with crescent rolls, pressing the seams together.
- Add sausage and cheese over the crescent rolls.
- Combine eggs, milk, salt, and paper and beat well.
- Pour over sausage and cheese.
- Bake at 425° for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
