Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients: 

  • 1 lb. pork sausage 
  • 1 can crescent rolls 
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese 
  • 5-6 eggs 
  • 1 cup milk 
  • ⅛ t pepper 
  • ¼ t salt 

Directions: 

  1. Brown sausage and drain. 
  2. Line buttered 9×13 pan with crescent rolls, pressing the seams together. 
  3. Add sausage and cheese over the crescent rolls. 
  4. Combine eggs, milk, salt, and paper and beat well. 
  5. Pour over sausage and cheese. 
  6. Bake at 425° for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
