Ingredients:
- About 2 cups rough chopped nuts of your choice
- 2 egg whites
- ¼ cup water
- 1 t vanilla
- ⅔ cup sugar
- 2 T cinnamon
- 1 t salt
Directions:
- Whisk together egg whites, water, and vanilla and toss nuts in the mixture.
- Add the sugar, cinnamon, and salt to the nuts and mix.
- Add to a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Bake at 300° for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
