Ingredients: 

  • About 2 cups rough chopped nuts of your choice 
  • 2 egg whites 
  • ¼ cup water 
  • 1 t vanilla 
  • ⅔ cup sugar 
  • 2 T cinnamon 
  • 1 t salt 

Directions: 

  1. Whisk together egg whites, water, and vanilla and toss nuts in the mixture. 
  2. Add the sugar, cinnamon, and salt to the nuts and mix. 
  3. Add to a parchment lined baking sheet. 
  4. Bake at 300° for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
