Cannoli Dip

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup ricotta or mascarpone  
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened 
  • 1 cup powdered sugar 
  • 1 t vanilla 
  • ⅔ cup mini chocolate chips 
  • Waffle cones, vanilla wafers, or whatever you want to dip 

Directions: 

  1. Beat ricotta, cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Add in vanilla and mix again for 30 seconds. 
  3. You can add more powdered sugar if you want it sweeter. 
  4. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
