Crust Ingredients:
- 1 ½ T sugar
- 3 cups graham cracker or oreo crumbs
- 1 ½ sticks melted butter
Crust Directions:
- Mix together and mold to the bottom and sides of a 12-inch springform pan.
Filling Ingredients:
- 24 oz. packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 ½ cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 24 oz. sour cream
- 2 t vanilla
Filling Directions:
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until creamy.
- Add eggs one at a time and mix.
- Add vanilla and mix well at low speed.
- Add sour cream and mix.
- Bake at 375° for 50 minutes or until lightly golden brown with a water bath.
- Cool.
Topping Ingredients:
- 1 pint sour cream
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 t vanilla
Topping Directions:
- Mix together and spread over cooled cheesecake. (I don’t always use all of this).
