Ingredients:

  • 1 ¼ cup flour 
  • ¾ cup cake flour 
  • 1 t cornstarch 
  • ½ t baking soda 
  • ½ t baking powder 
  • ½ t salt 
  • 1 sick cold butter 
  • ½ cup brown sugar 
  • ¼ cup sugar 
  • 1 egg 
  • 1 egg yolk 
  • 1 t vanilla 
  • 15 Oreo’s, chopped 
  • 9 oz. Hershey’s cookies and cream chocolate bars, chopped 

Directions: 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°. 
  2. Whisk together dry ingredients. 
  3. Cream the butter and sugars together until light and fluffy. 
  4. Add in the egg, egg yolk, and vanilla and mix. 
  5. Gradually add in the dry ingredients.
  6. Add Oreo’s and cookies and cream bars and mix. 
  7. Scoop out dough. 
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are slightly golden brown.
