Ingredients:

  • 4 cups cubed bread (any hearty bread will work, a demi baguette, ciabatta, or sourdough work well)
  • ½ cup EVOO
  • 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • Seasonings: salt, pepper, italian seasoning

Directions:

  1. Heat EVOO and garlic in a saucepan over medium heat for about 4-5 minutes or until the garlic is golden brown. Make sure to not take your eyes off of this – garlic can burn easily.
  2. Strain garlic out of the EVOO and drizzle the oil over the bread and mix.
  3. Spread on a baking sheet and bake at 375° for 10-15 minutes, stirring every 5 until golden brown.
  4. Toss with seasonings and cool.
  5. Store in an airtight container.
