Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened 
  • ¾ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3 cups powdered sugar 
  • ¼ t salt 
  • 1 t vanilla 
  • 2-4 T heavy cream 

Directions: 

  1. Beat the butter until light and fluffy. 
  2. Add in peanut butter and beat until combined. 
  3. Add 2 cups of powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt and mix. 
  4. Add remaining powdered sugar and mix. 
  5. Add heavy cream 1 tablespoon at a time until desired thickness.
