Peanut Butter Dough Ingredients: 

  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter 
  • ¼ cup butter, softened 
  • ½ cup brown sugar 
  • 1 egg 
  • 1 t vanilla 
  • 1 cup flour 
  • ½ t baking soda 
  • ¼ t salt 

Peanut Butter Dough Directions: 

  1. Beat the peanut butter, butter, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. 
  2. Beat in the egg and vanilla. 
  3. Add the flour, baking soda, and salt and stir until just combined. 
  4. Chill for at least 30 minutes. 

Brownie Dough Ingredients: 

  • ½ cup butter, melted 
  • 1 cup sugar 
  • ⅓ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 egg 
  • 1 tsp vanilla 
  • ¾ cup flour 
  • ¼ t baking powder 
  • ¼ t salt 
  • ½ cup chocolate chips 

Brownie Dough Directions: 

  1. Whisk together the melted butter and sugar. 
  2. Beat in the cocoa powder until smooth. 
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla and mix until combined. 
  4. Fold in the dry ingredients and chocolate chips until just combined. 
  5. Chill for at least 30 minutes. 

Peanut Butter Brownie Swirl Cookie Directions: 

  1. Scoop 1 T of each dough out and place them side by side on the baking sheet. Swirl the batter tougher with a toothpick or your hands to create a swirled, marble pattern. 
  2. Bake at 350° for 9-11 minutes or until the edges are just set and the tops are crackly. The center will still be quite soft. 
  3. Cool on the baking sheet for 5-10 minutes until transferring to a wire rack.
