Ingredients:
- 8 inch pie crust
- 3 Hershey bars
- 1 T vegetable oil
- 1 package cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups sugar
- 18 oz. creamy peanut butter
- 8 oz. cool whip
Directions:
- Bake the pie shell according to package directions.
- Microwave 1 Hershey bar until it is fully melted and add the oil, stir and pour into the pie shell. Smooth out the chocolate and set aside.
- Mix cream cheese, sugar, and peanut butter until smooth.
- Fold in 1 chopped Hershey bar.
- Fold in the cool whip.
- Pour the mixture into the pie shell and drizzle a melted Hershey bar over it.
- Refrigerate for a couple hours before serving.
This recipe is from one of my dad’s coworkers and it is amazing, but you have to be in the mood for sugar!!
