Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients: 

  • 8 inch pie crust 
  • 3 Hershey bars 
  • 1 T vegetable oil 
  • 1 package cream cheese, softened 
  • 2 cups sugar 
  • 18 oz. creamy peanut butter 
  • 8 oz. cool whip 

Directions:  

  1. Bake the pie shell according to package directions.  
  2. Microwave 1 Hershey bar until it is fully melted and add the oil, stir and pour into the pie shell. Smooth out the chocolate and set aside. 
  3. Mix cream cheese, sugar, and peanut butter until smooth.
  4. Fold in 1 chopped Hershey bar. 
  5. Fold in the cool whip. 
  6. Pour the mixture into the pie shell and drizzle a melted Hershey bar over it. 
  7. Refrigerate for a couple hours before serving.

This recipe is from one of my dad’s coworkers and it is amazing, but you have to be in the mood for sugar!!
