Ingredients:
- Ciabatta rolls
- Chicken or turkey
- Swiss cheese
- Pesto
- Mayo
- Balsamic glaze
- Tomatoes, thinly sliced
- Red onion, thinly sliced
- Arugula
- Olive oil
- Seasonings: salt, pepper, garlic powder, red pepper flakes
Directions:
- Dress the arugula and tomatoes in olive oil and seasonings and set aside.
- Toast the ciabatta rolls in the oven at around 400° until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
- Add the pesto and mayo on both sides of the rolls and then top with turkey and cheese and bake it until the cheese is melted and the chicken is warm, about 5 minutes.
- Add the tomatoes, arugula, red onion, and balsamic glaze.
