Ingredients:
- 1 large can crushed pineapple in pineapple juice
- 2 habaneros, seeded and diced
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and diced
- ⅓ cup sugar
- seasonings: salt, pepper, garlic powder, cilantro
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan and heat on medium high heat until boiling, stirring occasionally.
- Reduce to a medium low heat for about 15 minutes until it begins to thicken.
- Cool before serving.
Notes:
Add a cornstarch slurry after reducing the heat if you want a thicker sauce.
