Ingredients:
- 2 lbs. shredded frozen hash browns, thawed
- ½ cup margarine, melted
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 t salt
- ½ t pepper
- ½ cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups colby cheese
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°.
- Mix together all ingredients, mixing in the hash browns last.
- Pour into a greased 9×13 dish.
- Bake uncovered for about 35 minutes.
