Ingredients:
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 1 t vanilla
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 ¼ cup flour
- 1 t baking powder
- ½ t salt
- 1 jar marshmallow creme
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
- Mix butter and brown sugar until fluffy.
- Beat in egg and vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, graham crackers, baking powder, and salt.
- Slowly add the flour mixture to the butter mixture until combined.
- Split the dough in half.
- Press one half of the dough into a greased 8×8 pan.
- Spread the marshmallow creme evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly over the marshmallow creme layer.
- Take small chunks of dough and put them over the chocolate chips.
- Bake at 350° for 40-45 minutes.
