Ingredients:

  • 2 jalapeños
  • 1 bunch green onions (about 10)
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 8oz. cream cheese
  • 4 tablespoons minced onion
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Directions:

  1. Slice the jalapeños in half, lengthwise (remove the seeds if you do not like heat). Remove the roots of the green onions and then cut in half.
  2. Lightly char the jalapeños and green onions in a little bit of olive oil in a pan or on the grill.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients to a bowl and mix until well combined.
  4. Finely chop the jalapeños and green onions. Mix into the rest of the dip mixture.
  5. Best after being refrigerated for at least 1 hour.
