Ingredients:
- 2 jalapeños
- 1 bunch green onions (about 10)
- 1 pint sour cream
- 8oz. cream cheese
- 4 tablespoons minced onion
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon ranch seasoning (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Slice the jalapeños in half, lengthwise (remove the seeds if you do not like heat). Remove the roots of the green onions and then cut in half.
- Lightly char the jalapeños and green onions in a little bit of olive oil in a pan or on the grill.
- Add the remaining ingredients to a bowl and mix until well combined.
- Finely chop the jalapeños and green onions. Mix into the rest of the dip mixture.
- Best after being refrigerated for at least 1 hour.
